Turf

The New Lawn Company formed a trading partnership with INTURF, the leading national supplier of turf and associated products. We offer several grades of turf to suit your individual project. Leading brands include:

 

  • INTURF Masters - Standard production fescue/bent mature turf
  • INTURF Classic - High quality turfgrass mixture designed to provide the basis for hard wearing lawns, golf courses and formal gardens with an ornamental appearance. The grasses contained within the sward are selected from the highest rated seed in Europe and produce the best results for the British Isles climate. Grown on the best sandy loam soils in the country for turf production
  • INTURF Rhizomatous Tall Fescue (RTF) - the UK’s first turf bred for climate change. Inturf are part of a four-strong consortium of growers to have ready stocks of a new breed of turf which has been specially developed by Barenbrug Research to cope with the rigours of climate change. Rhizomatous Tall Fescue (or Really Tough Turf as it has been described) performs well in drought, doesn’t mind being waterlogged in flooding, is shade tolerant, salt tolerant and is incredibly hard wearing.

Topsoil

Offered in tonne bags or loose The New Lawn Company stocks varying different grades of topsoil, each grade has specific attributes designed to suit individual requirements. All grades of topsoil offered are screened and meet at least BS 3882. Our in house experts are on the end of the phone 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have to ensure that you source the right product for the right project.

We accept orders from half a tonne up to 100 tonnes at competitive rates delivered direct to site. As we buy in bulk and these savings are passed onto our customers. 

Bark Mulch

Again our bark mulch comes in different grades supplied in tonne bags or loose. Grades include:

 

  • Loose Bark Mulch - functional affordable mulch, ideal for flower beds and borders.
  • Bulk Bag INTURF high quality general purpose bark mulch - A very functional but attractive mixed conifer bark. Nominal particle size of 35 - 60mm. BS4790 fire tested,
  • Bulk Bag INTURF premium quality bark mulch - A deluxe pure pine bark certificated to BS EN 1177: 1998. Has a particle size of 18 - 35mm. An extremely long lasting product. Will not leave unsightly residues on childrens clothing. Ideal for children’s play areas. BS4790 fire tested.
